Did you employ the Desktop application right before?   What I'd personally do around the outdated Laptop or computer, is duplicate the whole Turbo Tax folder that may be less than your Files. That should be wherever the .tax files and pdf files are stored. Also when you have not done it, I'd open each year in This system and reserve it for a pdf
